Raul did a consultation, then a first time bleach and tone for my teenager from dark brown to platinum. It looks amazing and my kiddo is super happy with the results.

My teen called for the consult on his own, and Raul followed up with me for final approval since my teen is underage. He was a good listener and worked well with my kiddo in the chair, especially since this is a long process and teens are notoriously fidgety!

I recently visited Xxenial Hair Studio in SF, and I had such an amazing experience that I had to share it. Before the appointment, Raul took the time to explain the entire process, so I knew exactly what to expect. He also provided very clear directions to his studio, which made it super easy to find. When I arrived, Raul carefully looked at my hair and immediately noticed that it had three different colors. Instead of just jumping into the service, he explained what was happening and reassured me he could fix it and that it would turn out great. I came in with seven months of hair growth after a complete hack job of a haircut at an unrelated stylist so I was very much overdue for a good styling. Raul provided the all-star treatment with a thorough wash and scrub with all natural products and a consultation and discussion about what I wanted from this visit to his establishment.

After a skillful blade cut, sea salt spray and styling my shoulder length hair was restored to a bouncy and curly medium length cut that felt like a whole pound of hair was off my head and out of my eyes and already getting plenty of compliments as I walked out of his shop.
